Ordering food
Where does Zippy Island deliver?
Across Port Blair, from Aberdeen Bazar to Sippighat and the areas in between. Add your address in the app and it tells you straight away whether we deliver there.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is ₹30 for the first 3 km, then ₹5 for every extra km, measured by road from the restaurant to you. You always see the exact charge before you order.
What is the platform fee?
A small fee on every order: ₹15 when your food comes to less than ₹199, and ₹30 plus GST above that. It is shown on the bill before you pay.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, the food in your cart needs to add up to at least ₹100.
How can I pay?
Pay online by UPI, card or net banking (through Razorpay), or pay cash to the rider when your food arrives.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, until the restaurant accepts it, right from the order screen. After that, the food is being cooked, so please contact us and we will help. Online payments for cancelled orders are refunded to the same account.
Do I need a password?
No. You log in with your mobile number and a one-time code sent on WhatsApp.

How do I list my restaurant?
Download the Zippy Island app, tap Partner login, then "New partner? Apply to join". Fill in your details and add photos or PDFs of your FSSAI licence, PAN card and bank proof. We check every application and email you when you are approved.
What does it cost?
The Basic listing is free. Premium puts your restaurant at the top of the list and lets you show offers on the home screen. You can buy it in the app.
How do I receive orders?
New orders ring on your phone in the restaurant section of the app. Accept within 5 minutes, mark the food as preparing and then ready, and a rider picks it up.
How and when do I get paid?
Your earnings are settled by Zippy Island for each period, with the full order list. The app shows what you earned on every order.
Delivery partners
How do I become a delivery partner?
Download the app, tap Partner login, then "New partner? Apply to join" and choose delivery. You need a driving licence, your vehicle RC, an ID proof and a clear photo of yourself.
How do I get orders?
Go online in the app with location on. Orders near you ring your phone; tap Accept and the order is yours if you are first.
How much do I earn?
You keep the full delivery charge of every order you deliver, plus any surge pay at busy times. The Earnings tab shows every delivery.
What if I need cash for fuel?
Ask for ₹100 emergency cash in the app. Zippy Island hands it over and takes it from your next payout.
